This Return & Refund Policy describes the terms under which refunds may be issued for LeadFunnel subscriptions and services.
1. Nature of Service
LeadFunnel is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. As a digital service delivered electronically, there are no physical products involved. Therefore, traditional return or exchange policies do not apply.
Access to the platform is granted immediately upon subscription activation. Since the service is consumed digitally, all sales are generally considered final unless the circumstances outlined below apply.
2. Free Trial
LeadFunnel offers a free trial period that allows you to evaluate the platform and its features before committing to a paid subscription. During the free trial, no payment information is required and you will not be charged.
We encourage all users to thoroughly explore the platform during the trial period to ensure it meets your business needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Below are the circumstances under which a refund may or may not be granted.
- You were charged without your consent after a free trial ended, and you did not intend to continue with a paid subscription
- A billing error occurred, such as being charged twice for the same billing period or being charged an incorrect amount
- The platform experienced extended downtime of 72 hours or more during your billing cycle, preventing you from accessing the service
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription or deciding the platform is not the right fit
- Forgetting to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle renewal
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial use of the platform during a billing period (unused days are not refundable)
- A specific feature you expected is not available or does not work as you assumed (please review features during the free trial)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to connect@leadfunnel.in with the following information:
- Your registered email address associated with the LeadFunnel account
- Your company name as it appears on your account
- The date of the payment you are requesting a refund for
- A clear description of the reason for your refund request
- A copy of the payment receipt or transaction ID
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your request along with the reasoning.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your LeadFunnel subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the platform until that date.
After cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate your subscription. After this retention period, your data may be permanently deleted.
We recommend exporting any important data before your subscription ends. LeadFunnel provides data export tools within the platform to help you with this process.
7. Downgrades
If you choose to downgrade your subscription to a lower-tier plan, the change will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days on a higher-tier plan. The reduced pricing will apply starting from the next billing period.
8. Changes to This Policy
LeadFunnel reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
